HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase your Guard[arte] Print
Available through our website.

2. Send us your drawing and details
Email your drawing to hello@rimalab.pt. A scanned version is preferred, but a clear, flat photograph will also work.

Please include your order number in the subject line.

In the email body, include the title of the artwork and the name of the artist [the child].

3. Drawing preparation
Your drawing is carefully reviewed and prepared, preserving its original character while adapting it for print.

4. Print production
The drawing is transformed into a minimalist print, maintaining its detail and presence as an artwork.

5. Delivery
Your Guard[arte] print will be delivered within a maximum of 10 business days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After your purchase is completed, we will contact you by email within the next 2 business days to proceed with the order.

The production time for personalised items is up to 15 business days, starting from the date on which all required materials are received from the client, such as photographs and/or written content.

For personalised products, a draft will always be sent for approval before the final item is produced and delivered.

Physical versions of personalised products always include the digital file.

The digital option is delivered exclusively in PDF format.

Please note that personalised items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
