This document sets out the Terms of Service governing access to and use of the RIMA lab website, as well as the conditions applicable to the purchase of products available through the online store.

By accessing the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, as well as the other policies available on the website.

RIMA lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.

MINIMUM AGE
Use of this website and the ability to place orders are restricted to users aged 16 years or older.

By placing an order, the user confirms that they meet this requirement.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
RIMA lab offers:

  • original physical products
  • personalized, made-to-order products
  • digital products and content

The specific characteristics, timelines, and conditions of each product are described on the respective product page.

RIMA lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized products are created based on the information and materials provided by the customer.

After the purchase is completed:

  • contact is made by email within up to 2 business days
  • the production period (up to 15 business days) begins only after all required materials have been received and payment has been confirmed
  • a draft will always be sent for approval before final production

As these items are made specifically for each customer, personalized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as stated in the Return and Refund Policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are generally supplied in PDF format via electronic delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are intended for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is not permitted without prior authorization.

Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are not eligible for return or refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the RIMA lab website, including illustrations, texts, images, digital files, and graphic materials, is the intellectual property of RIMA lab and is protected by copyright law.

The purchase of a product does not imply the transfer of copyright or intellectual property rights over the work.

Any request for:

  • commercial use
  • adaptation
  • licensing
  • acquisition of rights over a work

must be made directly by email to hello@rimastudio.pt and will be subject to review, specific conditions, and applicable fees.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros, unless otherwise stated, and include all legally applicable taxes.

Available payment methods include:

  • credit card
  • PayPal

RIMA lab reserves the right to change prices and commercial conditions at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Information regarding delivery times, shipping costs, methods, and international shipments is detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RIMA lab is not responsible for:

  • delays or failures resulting from factors beyond its control
  • interruptions to the website
  • damages resulting from improper use of purchased products or content

Nothing in this document excludes or limits the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent court shall be the one corresponding to the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
