Shipping policy
SHIPPING AREAS
We ship orders to Portugal and to other countries, whenever possible.
International orders are subject to the logistical and legal conditions of the destination country.

PROCESSING TIMES
Non-personalized products
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Personalized products
After the purchase is completed, we will contact the customer by email within up to 2 business days to proceed with the order.
The production time is up to 15 business days and begins only after:
- all required materials have been received from the customer, such as photographs and/or written content
- payment has been confirmed
For personalized products, a draft will always be sent for approval before the final item is produced and shipped.
Physical versions of personalized products always include the corresponding digital file.
The digital option is delivered exclusively in PDF format.
Once the creation process is complete, the shipping timeframe follows the same conditions as non-personalized products, that is, 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically, according to the information provided on the product page.

SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped via CTT – Correios de Portugal, or through another logistics partner that may be selected in the future.
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided whenever available.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- the destination of the order
- the weight and dimensions of the items
Any promotional free-shipping campaigns will be communicated on the website or during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country.
RIMA lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate.
RIMA lab is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR FAILED DELIVERY
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, these are indicative only and may be affected by external factors such as:
- periods of high order volume
- logistical conditions
- strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
If an order is returned to the sender due to delivery failure, the customer will be contacted to arrange a new shipment or a refund, as applicable.
