ORDERS

How do I place an order on the website?

Simply choose your product, add it to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the order has not yet entered production or been shipped, changes may still be possible. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible by email.

COMPANIES AND INVOICING

Can I place an order as a company, freelancer, or VIES-registered entity?

The online store is intended exclusively for final customers (consumers). Orders requiring invoicing to a company, freelancer, or VIES-registered entity cannot be processed directly through the website.

How can I place an order if I need a company invoice?

In these cases, the order must be handled directly by email.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

How do personalized products work?

Personalized products are created based on the information and materials you provide. After the purchase is completed, we will contact you by email to move forward with the process.

How can I send images or other content for a personalized illustration?

After completing your purchase, you can send the images and/or written content by email to hello@rimalab.pt. We will then guide you through the next steps.

Will I receive a preview before the final version?

Yes. For all personalized products, a draft is always sent for approval before the final item is produced and delivered.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

No. As personalized products are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

In which format are digital products delivered?

Digital products are delivered exclusively in PDF format, via electronic delivery.

Can digital products be returned?

No. Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are not eligible for return or refund.

Can I use digital files for commercial purposes?

No. Unless otherwise stated, digital products are intended for personal use only.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where do you ship orders to?

We ship to Portugal and to other countries whenever possible. International orders are subject to the conditions of the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product.

Non-personalized products are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Personalized products have a creation period of up to 15 business days before shipping.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments by credit card, PayPal and MB Way.

If you require a different payment method, please contact us by email.

COPYRIGHT AND USE

Do the illustrations become mine after purchase?

No. All illustrations and graphic pieces are the intellectual property of RIMA lab. Purchasing a product does not imply the transfer of copyright.

Can I use an illustration for commercial purposes?

Any request for commercial use, licensing, or acquisition of rights must be made directly by email to hello@rimastudio.pt and will be subject to review and specific conditions.
