Refund policy
GENERAL RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return of an eligible item.
To be accepted, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when it was received
- show no signs of use or wear
- include original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase is also required.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS OR ORDER ERRORS
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@rimalab.pt so we can assess and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Personalized or made-to-order products, including typographic customizations, portraits, or bespoke works
- Digital products or content after access or download
- Gift cards
If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of an item, we recommend contacting us before completing your purchase.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the eligible product and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.
This right applies only to items that meet the conditions listed above: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note on digital content:
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the download or access has begun, provided that you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the return results from our error or a confirmed defect.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
In the event of any conflict, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
